Origional Message: hi im new to this ive done motocross for 5 years now and have heared about this track. i just wanted to know is it any good basically ive heared a lot of mixed comments, i usally ride at elsworth motocross parc and to be oniced i want to find somewere new for a while to mess a round on my bike is old but is completelty customized it is a py 80 in blue with a high powered gear box and a sraghit 160x cc lifian lump under the seat the forks have been changed for demon x 160 forks and the brakes have been upgraded from disks to hydrolic drum brakes also the enginge is oil cooled , including a little leak from the oil radiator cooler ha ha ha the rear sespension has been srengthend i just want to get it out and ride it like it was built for lol it does about 85 mph but you have to consider that the frame is still from the original py 80 so its small and very light meaning that all the engine pulls is its self aspecially as it wheelies in all 4 gears haha would it be good to take this bike to this track and if so would i get a chance to open her up all the way not just by the time its open you have to slow down, thats the mane problem at elsworth as soon as you hit a big jump you loose speed in the air so obvoiusly wen you land you open it back up but by the time its rawing you have to slam the brakes on before you fly of the track |

Hi this is a popular track and is about the same length as Elsworth. This track has less turns and longer straights so you should be able to hit higher speeds than at elsworth. They do have some small ski jumps and larger table tops braking up a couple of the straights though. on the table tops you should be able to carry the speed if you land them okay, but might struggle on the straights with the ski jumps to carry the speed. Best bet is to go down and give it a try. Unless they are on the opening schedule, which can be found on the main page, they are closed through january. |
